It’s also a busy season for airport lost and found staff, who are busy delivering lost items to passengers.

Every day they clean out boxes of gadgets and sort stuffed animals and toys.
Assistant Manager Patricia Sarria doesn’t work for Santa, but she helps manage lost items at the airport.
Approximately 6,000 lost items are brought into the area every month. Items are collected, sorted by date, and entered into the system.

Thalia and her team collected countless jackets, iPhones, and umbrellas. Having worked at airports for over 10 years, she has also come across some unusual bargains.
